Enter the information for your main organization here. You will be able to configure
Sites to represent any facilities once you are logged into TransShuttle.
Choose an Organization ID
The Organization ID that you select
will uniquely identify your account and will be the suffix for all user login IDs. For example, if you
choose mypractice for an Organization ID then user login IDs will be formatted as
username@mypractice. Do not use Tax ID, SSN, or NPI.
Organization IDs must begin with a letter or number, may be up to 30 characters long,
and may only contain letters, numbers, dashes, and dots.
